Return Policy
- If you need to return any items, please make sure the items unused.
*Please also keep all labels and tags on items too. Otherwise, the returned items will not be accepted. You have 30 days to do so.
*You will have to pay for return postage and you must obtain a certificate of posting from the post office. This certificate is free of charge.
*If the items are returned in the same condition as you received them then you will be fully refunded the cost of the items.
*Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping postage and your return postage.
- Please insure your return. We are not responsible for returned shipping damages. All packages are covered with insurance policy by seller, we are not responsible for returned shipping damages, or damages occurred due to second delivery without notice to seller.
Suppose you fund any damages of purchase items, here are solutions:
1) Do not accept the delivery of package and ask return of package;
2) If you cannot refuse the package delivery, you shall
2.1) Ask postage office issue a damages letter of delivered items;
2.2) Take photos of damaged items upon receipt of purchased items within 24 hours.
2.3) Seller issue a damage report according to above information and claim the loss of damages
Issuance company will only verify the postage office damage report as well as actual photos took in 24 hours upon finding of damages. Above measurements are important for you to obtain the refund. Any second delivery without confirmed by seller will not able to get refund.

Please choose “Returns” as a subject. In the message you need to state:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you want to return
- The reason you want to make a return.
- Tracking numbers after your product has been sent out
- Our customer service will send you a “Return Form” when we receive your email.
- Please fill the form and send it back together with your returned packages.
- Product Exchange: you may exchange your product for any other product in site for equal or lesser value.
- If exchanged for a lesser value item the remaining balance will be refunded to your card.
5.It should be emphasized that if you are unable to return or exchange the products within 30 days of receipt, request will not be entertained.

Exchanges or Warranty
Trophies Art Inc. is firmly committed to providing our customers with best in class, reliable products through authorized dealers. Our policy is to honor product warranties and to perform services only on products purchased from an authorized Trophies Art Inc. dealer and only accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. If you purchase a Trophies Art Inc. product from an unauthorized dealer or if the original factory serial number has been removed, defaced or altered, your Trophies warranty will not be valid.
If you return an item to Monster for replacement, and that item is verified as either counterfeit or a product not manufactured by Trophies Art Inc., you will be notified via e-mail or phone with instructions for retrieving your item. You will have a maximum of 3 business days to request that the item be shipped back to you at your cost. This cost will be a shipping and handling fee of $50. Shipments are sent via FedEx only.
Unfortunately, there are some websites and dealers who claim to be authorized Trophies Art Inc. resellers but are not. Products sold on these websites or from these dealers do not carry a warranty from Trophies Art Inc.. When you purchase products from an unauthorized website or dealer you are taking a risk, because these products may be counterfeit, used, defective, or may not be designed for use in your country. Please protect yourself and your Trophies Art Inc. product by ensuring that you only purchase trophy products from an Authorized Trophies Art Inc. Dealer.
If you purchased a counterfeit product with a credit card, you may wish to contact your credit card company and dispute the charge. Trophies Art Inc. Products, Inc. will provide you with an email or letter identifying your product as a counterfeit to assist you in this.
